Quarter Horse Outfitters is the official retail outlet of the American Quarter Horse Association.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on "Custom" or "Special Order" items.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Include a note on whether you would like to return or exchange the product; at this time we are not able to process exchanges online.  Customer will be credited for the merchandise only, no shipping charges, and a 15% restock fee.
• Shipping charges on returns or exchanges must be prepaid and package must be insured for full value.
• Please include a daytime phone number, address, and email address where we may contact you in case of questions.
• Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
